Salt Bath Energy Cleanse

Epsom salt or sea salt, lavender essential oil, candle

  1. Fill your bath with warm water. Add two cups of Epsom salt and 5-7 drops of lavender essential oil. Light a candle and turn off artificial lights.
  2. Soak for at least 20 minutes. As you lie in the water, visualize all stress, pain, and negative energy dissolving from your body into the salt water.
  3. When you drain the bath, imagine all that heaviness flowing away. Rinse briefly with clean water to seal your refreshed energy. Rest quietly for 10 minutes afterward.

Sunrise Energy Ritual

Access to sunrise or east-facing window, bare feet if possible

  1. Step outside or stand by an east-facing window at sunrise. If possible, place your bare feet on the earth or floor and face the rising sun.
  2. Take seven slow, deep breaths. With each inhale, visualize warm golden light entering through the crown of your head and filling your entire body with vitality.
  3. Name three things you are grateful for aloud. Set one health intention for the day — it could be energy, patience, or simply feeling well. Carry this intention with you.

Lavender Sleep Ritual

Dried lavender or lavender oil, amethyst crystal, journal

  1. Thirty minutes before bed, put away all screens. Place a few drops of lavender oil on your pillow or set dried lavender on your nightstand. Hold the amethyst in your hand.
  2. Write in your journal three good things that happened today, no matter how small. This shifts your mind from worry to gratitude before sleep.
  3. Lie down with the amethyst under your pillow. Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and visualize a soft purple light wrapping around you like a cocoon of calm. Let sleep come naturally.
